Scout ——————————————— Syracuse University Senior Collection 2018/19

Born out of Kerry Phelan’s Bachelor’s of Fine Arts BFA Senior Collection at Syracuse University’s College of Visual and Performing Arts. SCOUT aims to showcase the strength and beauty of women by pulling inspiration from nature’s powerful, impressive desert landscape. Color, shape and texture are drawn from the strong, everlasting rock forms, seen throughout the collection in a series of different fabric manipulations with hand painted silk and embroidery as well as digital fabric design.

SCOUT is an inclusive and environmentally conscious womenswear collection featuring garments designed in all shapes and sizes made with materials from natural fibers. It aims to make women in the professional field feel empowered.
